Sumou Residences

Project Information​

The vision for the project is to build a unique
and innovative residential building in one of
the new districts of the city. The project will be
located in a new development called SUMOU,
very close to the beautiful seacoast of Saudi
Arabia. Our aim is to design a modern, cost-
effective building that attracts investors.

The design’s intention is to focus the design in
a concrete precast solution for the construction
to create a modern offer that provides all
comforts to the residents.

The goal of the project is to make the attractive
and stimulating space that has unique features.
Additionally, the project aims to facilitate areas
that encourage relaxation and enjoyment.

Overall, the project is envisioned to create a
sense of excitement upon arrival and to have
strong natural flow related to the heritage of
the place.

The land area available is 2,598.30 sqm,
respectively divided in two parts: plot 462
(129915 sqm) and plot 463 (129915 sqm); the
quotation is referred to both of the plots.

The site composed by the two plots is occupying
a rectangular land with a total area 2,598.30
sqm. The land is approximately 28.87 sqm in
length and 45 sqm width. It is bordered on
the width wise side by two main roads: the
King Faisal Coastal Road and another road,
approximately 20 m wide on the opposite
side. It is bordered on the lengthwise side by
a neighbouring plots where in the future are
going to be developed buildings.

The total estimated build up area is 12,471.84
m².
